The rules and conditions that govern your use of Ultron SSH.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ultron SSH ("the Service", "Ultron"), including our website at ultronssh.com and the Ultron macOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Ultron SSH is a native macOS application that provides SSH server management, an AI-powered terminal assistant, SSH key management, and optional cloud synchronization features. The Service is available in a free Starter tier and a paid Pro tier.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
4.1 Free Tier
The Starter tier is provided free of charge and includes unlimited local host management, local snippet storage, and a local encrypted keychain. The free tier may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Pro Tier
The Pro tier is a paid subscription billed monthly. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy.
4.3 Refunds
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase by contacting support@ultronssh.com. Refunds for renewals are not provided once the billing cycle has begun.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Gain unauthorized access to any computer system or network
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the AI Assistant to generate malicious commands or attack scripts
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by Ultron SSH and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of all data and credentials you store within the application.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ULTRON SSH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
SPECIFICALLY REGARDING AI ASSISTANT FEATURES:ULTRON SSH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES, DATA LOSS, INFRASTRUCTURE DISRUPTION, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE OR OUTAGE TO YOUR SERVERS, NETWORKS, OR GENERAL INFRASTRUCTURE CAUSED BY, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SUGGESTION OR EXECUTION OF COMMANDS AND CODE GENERATED BY THE SERVICE'S AI ASSISTANT OR AI CHAT FEATURES. THE SUGGESTIONS ARE PROVIDED AS-IS, AND YOU AGREE THAT ALL AI CHAT COMMANDS EXECUTED ARE SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you via email. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
